Commodore's Comments

Preparations are well under way for our visitors on Sunday and we will definitely have a full house at the Club on Sunday afternoon. Please arrive in good time so that you can get yourself a drink and be seated in time for the “Team” to arrive at about 4pm. Please note that you will need your tickets to get in and we will have extra security on the door, so please allow extra time for this too.
In order to stay within the terms of our liquor license we need to ensure that all members’ guests are signed in. This will be done on the door.
The only entry point to the Club will be through the Main Entrance doors.
So please arrive in plenty of time. The bars will be open on both sides of the Club and videos should be running on the big screens.
After initial introductions, Gary Smith will be running a Question & Answer session. So get your questions ready.

Keeler racing is moving to Saturday afternoon this week. At the time of writing I understand that a Race Officer is still needed to run the race. If you are able to help please call Bruce Harrison on 027 221 6926

I announced a Rules Night last week for the Keeler sailors. This date has had to be changed and will now be run on Thursday 28th September at 7.30pm.

See you all on Sunday.

Good sailing

Nick Wrinch
