Shared facilities

There are three associated organizations. They have clubhouse space and shed storage space at the Sulphur point.

• The Southern Cross Sea scouts have moved from under The Redoubt and are associated with the NZ scouting movement.
• The TS (Training Ship) Chatham is part of the Naval reserve and they have moved from their clubhouse that was on the Strand.
• The Young Mariners New Zealand is an organization for years old girls 8-19.
